Movie: Lakeview Terrace, Saw V

Welcome RHOMers, I had managed to catch 2 movies this week. Firstly Lakeview Terrace, which is about an interacial couple who move into a neighbourhood with a cop (Samuel L Jackson) who doesn't like them and abuses his privileges as a cop. The movie makes you really hate Jackson's character and gives a desperate & frustrating kinda feel when the couple try to fight back but to no avail.

Story : Starts off slow but as the movie progesses it starts to get addictive

Fav Scene : When Samuel L. Jackson gets shot

Acting : Real nice here, could really assosiate with the couple even though I have never been in this situation before.

Overall: Nice smooth movie. I'll give it a 6/10, its nice to watch but worth weekday price.

Now on to the other movie, SAW V. I have been following SAW since the first movie. SAW has always kept movie goers coming back with its chilling gore and its plot twists. This time the story follows the 2 police officers who make it out alive from SAW IV and how it connects to Jigsaw.

Story: I wouldn't say that this is one of the better installments of SAW, feels almost ..... meh ~.

Visuals: Well gore's not as much but its still there.

Fav Scene: None really

Overall: Average movie, still has some goods but don't expect too much. Rating of about 6.5/10 watchable at weekday price, and maybe Thursday afternoon price.
